CenterStage Theatre Company announces
open auditions for

CABARET

We are looking for a group of committed young actors to spend their summer preparing and presenting this musical theatre classic. This is a serious musical drama about pre-World War II Germany. Casts will be smaller, and roles may or may not be double cast. Open to actors entering high school through actors in college. Tuition and costume fees will apply if cast.

Everyone who wants to be considered for the following roles must attend the dance call:
Emcee
Sally Bowles
Kit Kat Girl
Male Dancer
Sunday, May 13, 4:00-6:00 also at The Art Underground
Wear dance attire. Girls should wear dance shoes with a heel.

 

 

What to Prepare
A memorized song from musical theatre up to 2 minutes in length. You must bring sheet music, double-sided, in a notebook. No acapella singing or recordings are allowed. Accompanist is provided. There will also be short cold readings.
